About Zara
I am a Psychology graduate who is passionate about the academic side of Psychology. I enjoy writing critical analyses for different concepts and I am dedicated to supporting others to grasp the concepts of Psychology. I have achieved 2:1 Honours during my undergraduate (during covid-19) and have gone on to complete a postgraduate in Primary Mental Health Care to train as a CBT practitioner.
