About Matthew
During my time as a tutor, I took pride in helping my students feel confident in their problem-solving abilities. I believe that everyone can understand math if the subject is explained in a manner that suits YOU. We will work together to determine what you need to succeed, and I will give you my best effort to grow you math skills. I am patient and instead of teaching you the subject, I will work with you to help you understand and overcome the difficulties you face.

During our sessions, I will ask you what is your learning style, and I will use several different approaches to ensure you answer questions correctly AND understand the subject matter. I like to explain problems by relating the topic to real-world situations, and I am passionate about helping students understand math!
