About Heidi

My passion for language and communication has led me to design classes that go beyond grammar and vocabulary—they open doors to culture, identity, and thinking in Spanish. I truly enjoy getting to know each student, understanding their motivations, and helping them feel confident and authentic when expressing themselves in Spanish. I focus on identifying each learner’s most effective learning channel and adapt my lessons to their skills and strengths. This allows us to reach goals faster and in a more natural, meaningful way. I’m a social person, a mother, and a migrant. I love to travel, connect with different cultures, and have friends all over the world. These life experiences also enrich my teaching—with empathy, curiosity, and openness.

As a certified teacher with a background in Literature and Arts from UCV and a diploma in teaching Spanish as a foreign language, I combine cultural depth with a communicative, student-centered approach. My method is immersive, dynamic, and tailored to your goals—whether you're preparing for academic studies, improving for work, or simply exploring the Spanish-speaking world. Each lesson is designed to be engaging and practical. We start with a short warm-up to activate your speaking skills, followed by a focused grammar point, real-life dialogues, and interactive exercises that reflect everyday situations. I use a mix of visual aids, storytelling, and role-play to make the learning process intuitive and fun. What sets me apart is my ability to adapt quickly to different learning styles and cultural backgrounds. I’ve worked with students from over 10 countries and understand the challenges and strengths that come with each language background. I don’t just teach Spanish—I help you think in Spanish. My lessons are ideal for teenagers and adults at beginner to intermediate levels, including expats, university students, digital nomads, and professionals needing Spanish for work or travel. Whether you need structured learning or conversation practice, I’ll guide you with patience, clarity, and encouragement.
