About Hannah
I graduated from the University of Reading with a BSc Psychology degree in 2015. Since then, I have worked as a Teaching Assistant at a secondary school in Guildford and as an Assistant Educational Psychologist in a secondary school near Brixton. I now work as a Senior Assistant Psychologist in a primary school in Uxbridge. I have a breadth of experience of working with students with Special Educational Needs and I have taught small groups interventions for a range of purposes.
I have tutored students in English, Maths and Science on a 1:1 basis to GCSE level since 2015. My students have ranged in academic ability and I have experience of working with students with additional educational needs on a tutoring basis and within the classroom setting. Additionally, I have planned and taught regular English and Maths lessons to small groups of Key Stage 3 students and I have run small group interventions for learning, emotional and communication needs.
I tailor each individual tutoring session to the varying needs of my students. I work exceptionally hard to provide enjoyable sessions with access to the resources and support required to achieve good marks and improved self-confidence. I am passionate about supporting learners to reach their full potential and achieve their personal best in their exams.
