About Shelby
I am a 23-year-old certified teacher in K-6 general education, K-12 teacher of students with disabilities (TOSD), & a middle school math certificate 5-8. I currently teach 6th & 7th grade math in the special education setting. I have a passion to teach students and watch how confident they feel when they learn something new!

I believe every student is different! Students need clear-cut directions and step-by-step directions. Differentiating my instruction to tailor to your students' needs will not only increase confidence but also academic success. I believe that students should ask questions to enhance their own learning. Having a clear and open relationship with the students guardian is another key to success!
