About Md
I always intend to make sessions student-led: for questions, I inspire the student to talk about their train of thought, what they think of the problem and how they would approach it, giving them hints and leading them on the correct path
Where the learner is unsure of a particular concept, I will adapt the workflow to focus on that key area, developing their understanding, then revisiting the problem.
