With years of teaching experience as a TA at Monash, I grow a good passion for teaching. The moment when a concept goes from being unclear to clear to students is really satisfying. My way of explaining a mathematical term is to try to let people see the same thing in different ways. For example, I always encourage people to draw a picture if a geometric concept is involved. Sometimes it's not that people don't understand. It's just that we need space in our minds to process information, and drawing a picture would really help that.
