About Tan
I teach because I need money and a job as an educator in a tuition center or a primary school. I am relatively good at math and English, so I think I can teach that to a certain extent, so don't ask me so many questions.

Basically i think tracking the student's progress and where he is weak through the curriculum is the most important and to make them repeat their weaker areas until they are good enough. For English, reading widely is important as for Maths, it's just a matter of practicing maths problems, which can be generated/randomized via code. It is also possible, at least for Maths to gamify the learning in some way using excel.
