To help a student out who is struggling in the certain subjects for example math and they don't know how to divide fractions to get a better understanding of where they were getting stuck I would have them do a few problems on their own while I watch every step and then I will see where they need improvements on and start working steps on how to get to the solution in an easier way for the students to understand it.
