About Victoria
I have worked with students from an early age, including babysitting for families in my church community and working at a private Christian school. These experiences helped develop my passion for working with children and laid the foundation for my career in education. Through these opportunities, I learned the importance of patience, responsibility, and building positive relationships with students and their families.
As an educator, I strive to maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with students, families, and colleagues. I am dependable, organized, and committed to creating a safe, positive, and respectful learning environment. I value open communication with families and work hard to ensure that each student receives the support and encouragement they need to succeed. My goal is to foster both academic growth and confidence while serving as a positive role model for my students.

As a current teacher, I have worked with many students who learn in different ways. Throughout my more than three years of teaching experience, I have tailored lessons to meet the unique needs of each student. As a hands-on and auditory learner myself, I naturally incorporate strategies that support these learning styles. However, my experience in the classroom has taught me that every student learns and processes information differently.
I especially enjoy teaching kindergarten through first grade, where I can help build strong academic foundations and foster a love of learning. In my lessons, I incorporate movement breaks, opportunities for independent practice, and active listening activities to keep students engaged and support a variety of learning styles. My goal is to create a positive, supportive learning environment where every student feels confident and capable of success.
