About Avery
Ever since I was young, I have had a strong passion for mathematics because it challenges me to think critically and solve problems in different ways. What I enjoy most about math is that there are often multiple methods to arrive at the correct answer, allowing students to develop logical thinking rather than simply memorizing concepts. This passion has motivated me to participate in math competitions, where I earned several awards, and to tutor students from Grades 1 to 9. As a tutor, I strive to make math easy to understand, build my students' confidence, and help them develop a genuine appreciation for the subject.

I have participated in numerous math competitions throughout the years and have earned several awards, which strengthened both my mathematical knowledge and problem solving skills. In addition to my competition experience, I have tutored students from Grades 1 to 9 who struggled with math, helping them improve their understanding, confidence, and academic performance. I believe every student can succeed in math with the right guidance, patience, and encouragement. My goal is to make lessons easy to understand, engaging, and tailored to each student's learning pace, so they can build a strong foundation and develop confidence in solving math problems independently.
