About Mathumy

I just finished studying medicine and I am looking to teach students from KS2 to A-Level. I have 10 years of tutoring experience. I have always enjoyed teaching and working with students. I adapt my lessons depending on the student, to make sure they can get the best out of my lessons. I make sure my lessons are always interactive to keep the students on their toes. I am open to feedback from students and adapt based on it.

About the lesson

I take a student-focused approach to tutoring, customising lessons to match each student’s goals, strengths, and areas for improvement. My teaching methodology is interactive and engaging, incorporating clear explanations, and exam practice to ensure deep understanding. I encourage active participation and critical thinking, making learning both effective and enjoyable.

Lesson Structure:
Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes and includes a structured mix of:
A quick review of previous concepts
Step-by-step instruction on new topics
Guided exercises and problem-solving
A Q&A session to clarify doubts

Qualifications & Experience: I have a medical degree and 10 years of tutoring experience and have successfully helped students in improving grades, passing exams and gaining confidence. My experience includes one-on-one and group sessions allowing me to adapt to different learning styles effectively.
