About Estelle
I was trained in Greece in an international training. I learned to teach many kinds of yoga, such as Vinyasa yoga, which is my specialty, yin, aerial yoga, pre and post natal yoga. I passed my exam successfully. I teach now on Nice and its surroundings.

Yoga is based on pranayama which corresponds to breathing and asanas which are postures. It is the combination of these two principles that make the body and the mind work. I am specialized in vinyasa yoga, which is a dynamic yoga where one can follow postures of strength and balance and flexibility.
