About Sheri
Students will be given confidence through praise of achievements through both instruction and practice outside their sessions. Instruction will include learning about them through their strengths and weaknesses in reading by being able to communicate what may be difficult for them in reading. Collaboration with parents my expectations and their concerns after each session.

Reading tutor with M.Ed. in Reading/Curriculum & Instruction BA in Psychology and licensed Intervention Specialist experience with 40 plus years with students with multiple disabilities and 2 plus years working as a Learning Specialist. Learning according to abilities using phonics, comprehension and fluency to improve their reading. Repetition with reading aloud for the student to build confidence. Frequent repetition of activities to learn skills through letter sounds, vowel teams, blends to improve reading fluency. Serving as a role model for students and collaborating with parents to increase student performance.
