About Kaleigh
Hello! I am so excited to be your tutor. I just graduated college with my associate's degree and I am moving forward to get my bachelor's of arts in the next few months. I currently work at a summer camp where I am both an arts specialist (I teach art classes) and a cabin counselor. I have been tutoring math since high school and I have been tutoring elementary and middle English since starting college in 2022. After passing my Advanced Placement Psychology exam in high school, I went on to study psychology in college. I began tutoring for Introduction to Psychology students in the second semester of my freshman year.

I use a child-focused method. I make my lessons fun and engaging to keep children focused and excited to learn. Every lesson is catered towards whoever I'm working with. However, most start with a recap of what they learned, where they believe they need help, and what we can do to improve where they are at right now. I tutor elementary and middle school Math and English, as well as, High School Psychology courses.
I am an open and kind individual who believes in building up my students and making them proud of the work that they complete. I complete my lessons over Zoom so that no matter where we are we can still connect and study.
