About Lauren
I have been a teaching assistant for 2 years, moved on recently to do business level 3. I love working with pupils and getting to know everyone knowing I can make a difference to them is so rewarding.
I’m a fun outgoing and adventurous person who always takes life one day at a time.
I was undertaking my A levels when covid hit so I’d like to think that with the lack of support I got I could help someone with their education and make sure they do not have the same experience as me.

With all my pupils I like to work around them. Get to know their strengths and weakness’ and how they work and learn best.
Acknowledging not everyone is the same is a big thing for me. In schools people are used to working and learning in the same environment and taking into account how different people Learn can have a big impact.
My aim would be to help pupils progress and work towards their target with feeling like they have made progress with every session. I know exam times are tough and nerve wracking but I’d like to support those who need it.
