About Eshan

I am a Mechanical Engineer by education currently pursuing my Master's at NYU with a merit scholarship. I started teaching at the young age of 18 thanks to my professor who offered me the opportunity. Over the last 5 years, I have taught and trained over 300 high school students to strengthen their knowledge of science and move forward on that path. Exposure to a professional environment at a young age has also helped me grow as a professional and understand the ways of dealing with students. One of the most important things I have learned is every student is different and a teacher has to mold his ways of teaching according to that. Also, I believe this to be the most efficient technique in teaching. As I say, it's a form of art.

About the lesson

Teaching method-
- Teaching is a form of art. Teaching a concept or a subject is not just reading it out loud. The teacher has to create a student-friendly environment that they find comfortable. Because when you enjoy the process of learning something new, you really understand it, and that's the whole point.
- I believe in teaching in a manner that a student finds comfortable. This is an important factor because most students are afraid to ask doubts and that's natural. But that hinders their understanding of the subject. I have always found it easier to ask doubts, however silly they might be, to teachers with whom I was comfortable. So, I employ this method because it is the most efficient form of teaching where the student understands the subject's concepts, making even application-based questions easier to answer.

Lesson plan-
- Teaching and highlighting important concepts, which serve as additional notes.
- Class tests after lectures based on what was taught that day
- Exams after each lesson
- Revision before each test
