About Rahul

I recently graduated from IIT Dhanbad with a Bachelor of Technology in Mining Engineering. My interest lies in teaching students up to the level of high school and I would love to apply the skills and knowledge learned during my preparation to clear one of the most prestigious examinations of the country, JEE mains and JEE advance to shape the future of young minds. I was very good with my academics at school and in addition to my formal education, I have spent the last three years working as a home tutor during my college studies. This experience has allowed me to interact with and support children with a range of abilities in their lessons and activities, all while teaching me new behavior management strategies. As an enthusiastic teacher, I am dedicated to enabling young minds to grow and achieve. I am confident my experience and teaching style would make me an asset in any teaching organization.

About the lesson

Although I recently graduated from the college, I have put a lot of thought into the ways that I want my teaching style to be formed. I want to be the type of teacher that has a fun classroom environment where mistakes and questions are encouraged just as often as researched statements. We all learn best when we have wiggle room for error. I want to provide my students with security and confidence inside, and outside. Over the past 3 years, I have grown into an analytical teacher. Learning how to align learning targets with state standards is benefiting my ability to understand which lessons I need to revisit for my students. And in turn, this information allows me to build a lesson with more creative energy. For example, if I notice my students are weaker in a particular standard then I know my original method is not working. So, I need to think outside the box and gather more strategies from new sources.
