About Stephanie
I have been working in nutrition since graduating three decades ago. Sports nutrition and performance is my passion as I have dedicated my life to sport. I have been in the Middle East consulting, teaching, working as an inspirational speaker and writer for twenty-one years. Prior to that, I was a high school teacher in schools, at the Correspondence School writing the Health and PE syllabus and lecturing at the NZ Institute of Sport in Wellington. I have also worked in sports nutrition at World Cup level with athletes across many sports to improve strength, performance and make weight ranges. I have also worked to help with nutrition science and practical plans for chronic illness
