About Harvey
I am a graduate Mechanical Engineering student from University of Bath. I have a good depth of knowledge on STEM subjects with A levels in Mathematics, Physics and French. I also am fluent in Spanish (second maternal language). I am happy to tutor in these four subjects to GCSE level and provide aid with A-level questions in Maths and Physics.
I gained tutoring experience from numerous online tutoring platforms, with over 100 hours of primarily virtual tutoring and other one-to one sessions with friends of family in Maths and Physics. I engage well with students and really enjoy helping students to understand concepts and gain knowledge in the subjects I teach. I take a step by step approach when tutoring to ensure the student can tackle large problems in manageable sized portions understanding each step.
I have understanding of specialized (engineering based) subjects as taken in my University modules and different software such as CAD, MatLab, coding in HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript and Python. I am happy to teach/aid in these fields and can give more details on request.

I am friendly, easy-going, enthusiastic teacher and I greatly enjoy seeing progression in the student's understanding. To improve the student's knowledge, I aim to listen to them and locate areas in which they want to improve, so as not to teach them topics that they are already confident with. I have a good foundation in STEM subjects and European languages
