About Victor
I am a science enthusiast by birth, mechanical engineer by training, and researcher by choice. I am a hard worker who strives to achieve the best not only for myself, but also for those who I work with. I approach science from the direction of imagination, and thus love science fiction since it provides an avenue (though mostly the most accurate one) to understand the things I learn.

My teaching style involves assessing where the student's knowledge base is, what they understand, and how they understand it. I prefer to understand how my students think and what facilitates their own assimilation of knowledge. Instead of just telling someone they're wrong and showing them my way, I'd prefer to go through the thought process and fill in any gaps in knowledge or miscommunications
