About Momtaj
I am a Ph.D. graduate in Engineering & Technology Management. I have a Bachelors in Engineering. I have an MBA degree as well. Before starting my Ph.D. I was teaching business mathematics to both undergraduate and graduate students for more than 12 years. I taught math online for more than 2 years.

I am in favor of guiding students rather than solving problems for them. Once the student can understand the concept clearly he/she can use it for other problems. When I have can explained a concept to a student and see that the student can apply it for other problems, it gives me the greatest pleasure.
