About Lauren
As a future math teacher, I prioritize a student’s growth in both the subject and their confidence as a learner. It is important for the students to be presented with knowledge on how and why a problem is solved the way it is. With previous experience in tutoring, I ensure the student understands how a formula works, and I allow them to independently solve the problem step by step, guiding them through when there are barriers along the way. Prioritizing a student’s growth and confidence is my number one goal and I want to serve them in the best way possible!

Hello! My name is Lauren Lindsey, and I am a graduate of the International Baccalaureate Program! I am a current undergraduate student at UAB, studying Mathematics and Secondary Education.
