About Alessandra
I’m from Italy, that is where everything started. I have always been very close to food since I was little, because my grandmothers used to cook a lot and then I decided to study at the Hospitality school and after that I’ve done a Pastry course and started my career in Rome, then moved to London, then moved again to Melbourne. During my career in London, I realized that I love teaching others and seeing how they improve!
