About Cyndrella
*Hi, I’m Cyndrella Dsouza*
I want to be a dedicated English tutor by profession however I am a customer support professional with international BPO experience in sales, collections, claims, and hospitality front office operations. For years, I’ve worked with clients and colleagues from around the world — and one thing became clear: the people who advanced fastest weren’t always the most technical, they were the ones who could communicate clearly and confidently in English.
That’s why I started teaching.
I don’t teach English because it’s a subject. I teach it because I’ve seen how it changes opportunities. I’ve seen people go from hesitant on calls to leading client meetings. I’ve seen teammates get promoted because they could express their ideas without fear.
My goal is simple: to help you get there faster than I had to figure it out on my own. I know what it feels like to struggle with pronunciation, to overthink every sentence, to worry about sounding “unprofessional.” So my lessons are practical, patient, and focused on real conversations — not just grammar rules.
