About Moaz
I am a recent graduate with a deep passion for teaching young learners. I may be new to formal tutoring, but I bring freshness, energy, and a genuine love for science to every lesson.
I believe that young students learn best when they feel safe, curious, and engaged.
Concept first, memorization later: I focus on understanding, not rote learning. If a child understands why a plant needs sunlight, they will never forget photosynthesis.
Visual and interactive: I use drawings, diagrams, simple experiments with household items, and short videos to bring biology to life.
Paced for the child: Every student is different. Some grasp quickly, others need repetition. I adapt to the child, not the other way around.
Questions welcome: No question is too small or silly. Curiosity is the engine of learning, and I protect it.

Storytelling first: I turn biology concepts into little stories (e.g., "the mitochondria is the power plant of the cell city")
Drawing & diagrams: I encourage students to draw what they learn – cells, life cycles, body systems
Everyday examples: I connect science to things kids see daily – plants growing, their own heartbeat, food they eat
Question-friendly zone: Curiosity Is What Makes you learn and be more active. Ask me whatever formal or informal, silly or not don't hesitate to ask.
Short bursts of focus: For younger kids (Grades 1–8), I switch activities every 10–15 minutes to keep energy high.
I am a recent graduate of course but I have engaged myself in student teaching, mainly prioritizing the younger kids. It is always a sight to see the young minds wonder, think and work. I usually conduct lessons for 2 hours but I will be flexible about the timings and schedule
