About Carolyne
I am a health professional and manager with more than 13 years of experience executing and managing projects in Sub-Saharan Africa. In addition, I am a trained and certified level 2 facilitator, in an adult education program designed to support HIV and AIDS community interventions. I have also developed a curriculum to educate stakeholders on Monitoring and Evaluation.
I am passionate about teaching and utilize every opportunity I have to impart and share knowledge across all ages. I am patient and collaborative. I establish relationships and work with my audience's needs. I have experience supporting students to excel in their academics, especially in Mathematics and Sciences.

I am a dedicated people-centric individual who offers quality, easy-to-understand lessons for my students. I am patient and will go over concepts with my student to the point where they are grasped. I prepare students for exams, working with the student to revise well. My lesson plan comprises an online session which is a discussion with the student on topic concepts and working out examples. It also includes a question-and-answer session, after which the student is provided with quizzes to work out before the next session. I mainly teach junior high school and secondary school students. My teaching approach is collaborative and paced; I customize my lessons to suit the speed and needs of each student.
