About Alexis
Hi my name is Alexis! I am someone who loves staying active and living life with creativity and heart. I'm a runner who enjoys the freedom of outdoors and pushing my limits. I also have a cat who means the world to me—my little companion at home! You'll usually find me in the kitchen, trying out new recipes and cooking meals! Most of all, I truly enjoy teaching. Helping others learn and grow brings me a lot of joy and purpose.

My teaching approach would be the direct method. It is a way of teaching that emphasizes speaking and listening first, just like how we learn our first language. It avoids translation and grammar explanations and instead encourages students to think and speak in English from the beginning. Only English used in the classroom taught through pictures, gestures, objects, or actions—not by using the student's native language.
