About Janvi

I can teach students for GCSEs and leave a positive impact on them. Moreover, it motivated me when I started teaching Computer Science (after my master’s degree) to the children, teaching concepts innovatively, and sharing different ideas with each other. Meanwhile, I decided to pursue a Bachelor of Education (Teacher Qualification) the next year and become a Physics teacher as my degree was in Physics and taught Mathematics (year 9 and 10). In internship and as a schoolteacher, I ensured students do reach their full potential in school as every child is unique, planning lessons according to their needs and understanding. Thereafter, worked as a teacher assistant to continue a career in the teaching profession.

About the lesson

I believe teachers can create a massive impact on students’ lives by supporting and encouraging student participation in lessons, providing educational and social guidance to students, and assessing and reporting on the behaviour of students. The important thing is how you teach a topic. Physics is a complicated subject because of its abstract nature. However, I can make it easy by using appropriate teaching techniques. I can teach using teaching resources for a better understanding of the students. I can also teach Physics using real-life examples so students can relate to it easily. Some of the topics can be visualised with the help of ICT. I believe that reflection is essential at the end of each lesson from students. I am confident about planning lessons with ICT, delivering them, and engaging young lives with different kinds of activities and tasks.
