The lessons are for Middle School to College Freshmen biology courses. My typical lesson plan starts with taking the material and trying to digest it. I know myself that having a lot of words thrown at me at once won't help me understand the material so I will also help implement effective note taking strategies while we learn the material so that the knowledge will stick.
