About Peter
I received my PhD in Mathematics from Texas Tech 2014. I have been teaching varieties of Math courses including Algebra I, II, Geometry, Precalculus, AP Calculus AB, BC, SAT level 1, level 2. I have also been teaching college Math courses including Calculus sequence,Trigonometry, Precalculus, Differential equations, Partial differential equation, Linear programing, Linear Algebra for college levels. I have had a deep connection with my struggling students in Math and I put extra time to try to personalize the content for them. My students have responded my efforts by getting perfect scores both in school exams and in standardized tests.

We have created an environment that allows students to perfect their area of expertise and understand the art of learning that will follow them throughout their educational and professional careers.
We take a mentoring approach to tutoring. We have a comprehensive approach to how each subject fits together, and we lead the student along to properly link the subjects together. This helps them be successful in all their studies. We have found that short "how to" examples with supervised practice are more effective than repeating a classroom lecture in private. Students listen to lecture all day. We want them to mimic, try, fail, correct and master concepts. Taking time to understand how each student unlocks his or her own method of study, while helping students conform to expectations at school.
