About Sofiya
I'm a woman that is grateful and fulfilled with her life that sees opportunities in the smallest things that lead to much bigger things. I'm a happy wife and mum of two small kids. My background is in teaching, I have years of experience in tutoring adults and kids from age of 3 onwards. I'm also a graduate of Technological University of the Shannon in Human resources management. I'm currently doing a 2 year course in psychology which is my passion, I would like to use my skills, talents and experiences to help you discover and pursue your dreams. So that they can become your goals!

I'm passionate about supporting teenagers and adults in their personal goals in communication, emotional intelligence, deeper understanding of their needs, potential and strengths. I help to develop empathy and social skills. I create a safe environment for students to express their emotions, help to build or strengthen positive mindset which leads to more opportunities, self- confidence, success and good quality life.
