About Emma
I'm a recent graduate of University of Oxford where I studied Fine Art (through the Ruskin School of Art). Prior to that I completed an Art Foundation Diploma at Oxford Brookes University so I've had lots of experience of assembling portfolios for art school applications. I think art can sometimes feel like a tricky subject because it's less objective than other school subjects, but I'd love to help students to understand the mark schemes and requirements so you can spend more time enjoying making work!

I can tailor the duration, content and frequency of our lessons to fit whatever you'd like to work on. Shorter portfolio reviews may only take 30 minutes, whereas in-depth feedback or mock interviews may need hour-long sessions. Let me know what you're interested in and we can discuss the make-up of the lesson together! I have previous experience of teaching and tutoring, as well as experience of applying and attending art school so will do my best to help with whichever stage you're at!
