About Alex
Hi there, my name's Alex and I've been a cellist for over twenty years. After finishing my performance degree, I got into teaching, training under the Musicability CIC in Cornwall. I love teaching music as music has made a hugely positive impact on my life, and I deeply enjoy it, and getting the opportunity to pass on my passion for music is highly rewarding.

I give half an hour to one hour lessons. Teaching any age at a beginner to intermediate level. I have a PGCE as well as having trained with Music Masters UK. I teach mainly using the Simultaneous Learning method, which means students learn effectively in lessons and are taught in a more creative fashion that promotes making it fun whilst being effective.
