About Emmanuel
I started tutoring in the 10th grade at 13 years old. I realized that I loved chemistry and my learning style aligned with that of my teacher but most of my classmates didn’t understand the concepts so I took it upon myself to ensure that my friends weren’t left behind. I guess I’ve always navigated tutoring in that same manner. I ask my students about their teachers and what they like about their teaching methods and what they would suggest as an improvement and I try to incorporate that into my teaching style with them. I find that this bridges the gap a lot quicker than me trying to establish a teaching method without their input.
