Quickly go over the basic structure of a fraction (numerator/denominator). 2. Introduction to Fractions (15 minutes): Objective: Teach the concept of fractions using visual aids. Step 1: Explain the components of a fraction: numerator (top number) and denominator (bottom number). The numerator represents the number of parts we are concerned with.
