As a K–8 math tutor and recent college graduate, I take a patient, encouraging, and student-centered approach to teaching. I focus on building strong foundational skills through clear explanations, interactive problem-solving, and real-life examples that make math relatable. A typical lesson includes a quick warm-up, review of previous material, introduction of new concepts, guided practice, and a fun wrap-up activity to reinforce learning. I tailor each session to the student’s pace and learning style, using visuals when helpful. My relatability and energy as a young tutor help students feel comfortable and engaged. Lessons are ideal for K–8 students who need support, enrichment, or test prep.
