About Amanda
In 2020 I graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. I have since undertaken further study and professional development in the Non-Diet Approach to dietetics and Health At Every Size (HAES). The Non-Diet Approach is a way of dietetics that removes the emphasis and pressure to eat for weight loss. Instead, it embraces the HAES paradigm, intuitive eating and mindfulness. I apply the principles of HAES to help my clients treat their bodies with respect and kindness. Practising in a weight-inclusive manner means I can assist my clients to work towards their goals and improve their wellbeing regardless of their body weight, shape or size.
