About Tomas
I am a graduate from Durham University and I may not be here today if it was not for my A level tutor. Whilst I felt on track with my revision and learning, having a second person explain the content of the syllabus in a different way was extremely helpful. I want to give back to an industry that significantly helped me and I believe I have the knowledge and skills to help a wide variety of students.

Personally I believe the best way to learn is attempt as many problems as possible. It is important to not use anything to attempt these problems that you would not have in an exam. Repetition is the key to a strong foundation for each topic come exam day. Having recently finished my education I can provide students with the problem solving skills required to answer questions on the current syllabus. I can explain in detail the required method to solve complex problems and point out common mistakes.
In each lesson I will try to focus on a particular topic of the student’s choice. I will give a brief overview of the topic, then go over a few worked examples encouraging the student to explain to me how they’d solve them. I would also be happy to take any specific questions the student is struggling with away and provide a full worked solution by the next lesson.
