I am Janani , from CJC & I want to teach students to help them learn in a much easier way that allows them to grasp concepts much faster. This allows students to not be as confused as I was & to work much faster than having to take time figuring things on their own as revision time would be shortened then.

I will look through students’ work to see their strengths & weaknesses & will then tailor my lessons according to the needs of the students. After identifying what weaknesses students have, I will create specific worksheets & curate exercises for them to practice. I would also provide homework each week which would allow them to practice on their weaknesses while sharpening their strengths. This helps students to gradually grasp new knowledge while perfecting what they already know, paving a way for their all-rounded excellence for that particular subject.
