About Nicolas
I've recently graduated from Boston University (2021) with a major in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Physics. Mathematics and physics are topics that I love and have continued on into a career. I love helping people and have found that tutoring is something that I enjoy doing and have helped a lot of people succeed. I'm very personable and love the challenge of helping people succeed where they think they struggle. I explain things in a very simple manner and make sure that you truly do understand the material before moving on. I'm someone who is very patient and friendly. My academic background is extremely solid, but my emphasis is on how well I work with people.

As a tutor I am very good at seeing where you are at and being able to explain it in words that you understand and that will help you achieve a deeper understanding of the material so you can continue on yourself. Super friendly and easy to talk to. The worst tutor is one that bores you. The way I help people learn the material is very flexible and adaptive to you. Some people prefer a direct approach of just trying to hear the material straight up and how it is, and some people prefer to understand the material in a way that relates to their interests. As someone who is very personable, I like to understand who I'm helping in order to be able to help them. Looking forward to meeting you!
