About Ella
My name is Ella Matthews, I’m 17 years old and have just finished college. I truly understand the stress and pressure school and college bring to us. And what I’d like to do most, is provide extra help to alleviate some of those stresses and bring more support for the young students who need it. I love English, I did well throughout my GCSE and A-Levels but I won’t deny that it’s a difficult subject and I’m more than happy to go back to the complete basics to lock in those building blocks for developing your skills. On the other hand, I would be more than happy to continue where you’re at in your education and ensure you’re understanding of current topics are reinforced.

Understandably, learning English takes a lot of commitment, time, and practice. In a busy classroom environment in which students are unlikely to engage in 1 to 1 teaching and their teachers full attention, it is undeniably difficult for students to reach their full, true potential in learning. Private tutoring will be one step ahead, catering for your child’s needs and ensuring that the focus of my lessons are primarily on your child’s educational goals. Unlike most school teachers’ pace of learning, my lessons will be taken at a pace most comfortable and efficient for my student. I will always ensure that i’m listening to my student and working with them in a conscientious, respectful way. Prioritising their comfort and encouraging them to strive towards their goals. Teaching is a passion of mine, and just recently finishing education gives me an advantage as I truly believe I can relate and understand how the education system works and which studying strategies work best.
