About Alberto
Hi Everyone I'm Alberto , I'm currently head chef and I'm proud to hold 4 AA rosette . I want to teach you the most important part of this job , love for food ,We will go through the basic kitchen techniques first and day by day I will teach you how to master them, focusing the most on the understanding of what we do . The why and the why not doing things in a certain way will give you the right results . I love traditional cuisine and that's what you need in order to learn more complex techniques and recipes . So...hit me hard .
