About Matthew
I am an Engineer & I've been offering Lessons even while in Secondary School..... Headed to the High Institution & ofcourse I continued down that part though basically Private Lessons. Did my NYSC In a school in Delta State where I had to learn that Teaching isn't all about your particular subject but about counseling these students to have the right mindset. In between, I've selected personal tasks that I embarked on & have gotten great feedbacks as to how well these kids are faring even after I've left them.

First, I get to know my Students then I find the right way to follow each & even one of them so long as I'm able to instill the right mentality in them (i.e keys to success). The moment they start buying into it, I could then easily take away that underlying fear for a particular subject or topic. Follow up is a necessity until it becomes a norm for them, I try not to let go but like I'll always say; it's a two-way thing. We both have to be on the same standpoint & I always make myself approachable so long as it has to do with your studies and not any frivolous conversations.
