About Foster
I’m Foster Asare, and I’ve always had a passion for Chemistry, physics and mathematics. I’ve been working in health and teaching field for 2 years, and during that time, I realised how much I enjoy helping others understand complex ideas. I want to teach because I believe that education has the power to open doors and transform lives. My goal is to make learning accessible, exciting, and meaningful for my students, and to help them build the skills they need to succeed."

I have multiple techniques that I have applied in my past two teaching experiences, few of these are 1. Flipped Classroom *Pre-class learning *In-class application 2. Scaffolded Instruction *Step-by-step guidance: *Formative assessments 3. Formative Feedback Frequent feedback: Give regular feedback on assignments and quizzes to help students understand their mistakes and improve. This can include both peer and teacher feedback. Peer teaching: Allow students to explain concepts to one another as a form of feedback and reinforcement.
