Having spent 5+ summers as a camp counselor, I have extensive experience with middle and high school-aged students.
I prioritize understanding a student's learning style - whether auditory or visual - and strive to make understanding the fundamentals fun. I also emphasize repetition and blind review (a scientifically proven method to efficiently and effectively review mistakes made). These were all strategies that helped me succeed as a student!
My specialities include pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
