State certified coach (BPJEPS AGFF mention D - Bodybuilding & Weightlifting) Having been a victim of overweight and thinness, I lost 25kg to take back 10kg: So I myself went through all stages of fitness. Pedagogy is my strong point, I pass on my passion for sport with enthusiasm, dynamism and professionalism to all types of audiences: seniors, athletes, beginners, confirmed, etc. All my interventions are adapted to the objectives and specificities of each one, from then on, each care begins with a balance sheet: we meet to talk about your level, your objectives, etc. Once the assessment is done, I set up customized and adaptable sessions: I coach in the room, at home, outside and in business. 5 hours of lessons: 250 € 10 hours of lessons: 500 €

Mélanie est passionnée et sait motiver son élève ! Elle ne se repose pas sur ses acquis et ne cesse d'évoluer dans son domaine. Elle saura aussi bien vous conseiller dans les exercices sportifs que dans la mise en place d'une alimentation équilibrée et adaptée. Souriante et bosseuse, c'est la coach idéale ;)
