One of the best feeling in the world I ever received was a previous tutee reaching out to me, telling me that she crushed her last exam.
It is moments like these that inspire me to continue tutoring young minds. I want the tutee to succeed as much as they want to themselves (if not, more).

My teaching styles consists of a “crawl, walk, run”. I first paint the initial picture for the tutee, catered to the way he/she learns best. We then go through guided problems together, being completely transparent to any questions asked. Finally, I have the tutee do problems on their own and guide me on how the solution was reached.
The way I teach is to thoroughly explain topics in a way that makes sense to the tutee. I want to ensure that they completely understand so that learning occurs.
I’m most familiar with tutoring at the college-level, but have no problem teach at any level below.
