About Gangadhar
Hi! My name is Gangadhar, and I am passionate about teaching and helping students excel in their academic journey. With nearly 10 years of experience in tutoring, I have taught a wide range of subjects, including mathematics, physics, engineering mathematics, and electrical engineering. I even co-founded my own tutoring venture, Shailesh Tutorials, where I guided high school and college students to achieve their goals. My teaching style focuses on simplifying concepts, encouraging curiosity, and building confidence in my students.
Why I Want to Teach
Teaching has always been more than just a profession for me—it’s a source of joy and fulfillment. I love the feeling of helping students overcome their challenges and watching their confidence grow. Whether it’s breaking down a tough math problem or explaining the principles of physics, I enjoy making learning fun and relatable. Most importantly, I want to make a positive impact on my students’ lives, not just academically but by inspiring them to believe in themselves and their potential.

My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex concepts and tailoring lessons to each student's learning style. I emphasize building a strong foundation before moving to advanced topics, ensuring students grasp the basics thoroughly. I use real-life examples, interactive problem-solving, and step-by-step explanations to keep the sessions engaging. Regular assessments and feedback are also part of my methodology to track progress and address areas that need improvement.
For subjects like math and physics, I prioritize logical understanding over rote learning, encouraging students to ask questions and think critically. I also include motivational elements to boost their confidence and interest in the subject.
A typical lesson lasts about 60–90 minutes, depending on the student's needs and attention span. This length allows enough time for thorough explanations, practice, and addressing any doubts without overwhelming the student.
I have nearly 10 years of experience in teaching. I co-founded Shailesh Tutorials, where I taught high school math and physics for 3.5 years. I’ve also provided coaching for engineering mathematics, electrical engineering subjects, and high school-level sciences. My experience spans diverse age groups and educational needs, which has honed my ability to adapt to various learning styles.
