I am an English teacher who loves to read and write. I want to help you better understand grammar, literacy, literature, and creative writing.
A typical lesson includes a warm-up, a hook that connects you to the lesson, vocabulary, reading with annotated notes, actionable steps to learn our problems, check for understanding, and a short quiz to test your knowledge.
These lessons will be tailored to your class level or degree level. I have experience with elementary through high school, but I teach high school.
We can discuss what needs and goals you have for your education so we can create a program tailored to you.

Laura is an amazing teacher. She is helping my daughter write her book and is so patient with her. We love Ms Laura and recommend her to anyone.
Artistic, sweet, great attitude, very talented and always has a smile on her face! I would highly recommend Laura! We attended college together and worked together in the same workplace. I have known her for years!
